How long will my order take to be delivered?

We ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, which aim to have items delivered within the UK delivered in 2-3 business days once dispatched. Next day delivery aims to have items to you within 24 hours. For EU orders, we aim to have your items delivered in 3-5 business days once dispatched. Outside of the EU, we aim for 6-7 business days once dispatched. In the event that shipment is delayed, we will always do our best to update you as soon as we can. We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days. Denounced Apparel are not responsible for items which are lost during transit, however we will always do our best to recover compensation fees for lost items.

Do you accept returns?

Changed your mind? No problem. Items that have not been opened can be returned up to 30 days after their delivery date. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for all returns. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns for items which have been opened at this time.

If your item is damaged and/or incorrect please email details and photos of the garment to info@denounced.co.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after your order if you wish to cancel. In some instances it may not be possible to cancel your order if production of your garment has already started. The earlier we receive the cancellation request, the better.

Will I be subject to customs fees?

We are unable to guarantee that you will not be charged customs fees, as fees are country specific. If you are unsure on any fees, we advise checking your country's legislation on customs charges. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any customs fees which are received by customers.
